It is common sense to have an experienced installer when it comes to a gas dryer. Unfortunately, Bestbuy contracted with this company and it turned into a nightmare. Our gas line was NOT connected properly to the dryer, installer was oblivious and did not screw tightly what was needed to secure the connection from gas leaking. Well, you guessed it. Our home filled with gas and we had no idea it was happening until my partner came home late in the evening and said he smelt a strong stench of gas. Over 8 hours of slight smells of gas off and on, we called Xcel and they came out quickly to assess the situation. We ended up vacating our home at about 11 PM, small children included into our cars that cold night up until Xcel arrived and found the issue. The nice tech who assisted in fixing this companies error stated “who in the hell installed your dryer!?” The “T” part that had screws that needed to be tightened, were completely loose and NOT tightened. If you plan to purchase from Bestbuy or use this company to help with installing anything with your gas line, I suggest you look somewhere else. This company failed to deliver a very important job and put myself, along with my family in great danger without us even realizing our home could have easily blew up at any given time.

These fellas came to deliver and install the dishwasher we purchased from lowe's. We had prepared ourselves for issues since our very old 1920s house has some fun configurations, let's say. They got everything set up easy-peas. They were pleasant young men, very friendly, knowledgable and informative. We really enjoyed the service they provided today. highly recommend.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. I bought a washer/dryer set from Best Buy who contracted out to MN Plumbing and Home Services for installation on 25Apr2024. Installation went fine, but they attached the cold water to the hot intake and broke a fastener when replacing the hand rail to my basement. The city inspector came out and wanted two items addressed before closing the permit. I called and had them out to fix the items to code. They had no respect for my property and made a mess in the laundry area, knocking items on the floor and into the utility sink. They failed to address one item completely and only half attempted to fix the other in the three minutes they were in my home, so the inspector sent another letter to fix the same items. Very frustrating because they should know and adhere to code the first time! Since then, I have called almost daily for nearly 2 months to have them come out again. I have not been able to reach anyone for a whole month and no one is returning my messages despite trying to contact 3 different representatives from the list. It is now 25Sep2024, 5 months after install, and I still have a pending permit from their shoddy work. The company had better not use their auto reply that I've seen posted to other reviews that say to call a direct number for assistance, this is the same number I have already been trying! It doesn't work to get anyone's attention. I hope that Best Buy sees this review and others like it and cancel their installation agreement with this company. I will never buy appliances through them again because I do not have time for this nonsense. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time and sanity.

Bought a new Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy and these guys are contracted to install and remove the old unit. We didn’t expect additional costs of $150 to install a shut off value and air hammer under the sink. The installers said they would need to collect that money first before they could hook up our new dishwasher so we agreed because we already paid for the installation cost of $170 through Best Buy and needed a dishwasher ASAP. They arrived on time, slightly earlier than expected which was great. Overall the service was great, we just didn’t expect the additional cost which would be surprising for anyone. They said this is considered updating our home since the original home builders put in a one time “use” product. Dishwasher works and was installed. Our old unit was removed as paid for. We are happy.

Do not work with this company! They installed a washer and dryer for us back in April, installed the water lines incorrectly, and with several code violations that were found when we tried to close out the permit. We have been trying to get in contact with them ever since to come fix the problems, it started with multiple excuses and now we have not been able to get ahold of anyone for over a month. It is now October. We last heard from someone in August. I don't know how this company is still in operation. I don't know how Lisa still has her job. This is beyond ridiculous. Warning to everyone - never ever do business with this company.

I ordered appliances through Best Buy for an “in home delivery”. Unfortunately, I was paired with this company for the delivery. They refused to bring my kitchen / laundry appliances inside my home for my “in-home delivery”. I was told that “we are doing you a favor” & “we are not getting paid for this” multiple times. They ended up leaving with all of my appliances. The worst customer experience I have ever had.

They delivered and installed a washer for me. I paid $160 in advance for the installation. After they installed it, they informed me that I needed to pay them an additional $530 on top of the $160 that I already paid. I said they can't just tell me to pay extra without notifying me beforehand. They said it's already done and that I owe them and that they'll file a legal complaint on me. This business employs scams to upcharge you.
